
VoloTime™ is an online service that collects time and attendance records. This allows an agency to remotely view the time and attendance records of its employees working at its clients’ sites. Clients can validate employee time and attendance records online. Each employee has a unique card to clock in and out of clients’ sites. You can place one or more time clocks per client to collect time and attendance records. Each time clock is characterized by a date, time, badge number, station name, client, and agency. This way, you can track where and when your employees clocked in and out. Time clocks can be moved from one client to another by first changing the configuration on VoloTime™. Time and attendance records can be retrieved as a spreadsheet file (*.CSV) compatible with several management programs or software such as Microsoft Excel, OpenOffice Calc, SAM, etc.
