The XHV M-BAG is a high precision Modulated Bayard-Alpert Gauge covering the vacuum range of 1 x 10-4 to 2 x 10-12 Torr.

Description

Modulated Bayard-Alpert Gauge

The XHV M-BAG is a high precision Modulated Bayard-Alpert Gauge covering the vacuum range of 1 x 10-4 to 2 x 10-12 Torr.

Equipped with a dual hairpin Tungsten filaments, a close cylindrical Grid and a fine Collector situated at the center of the Grid.

The Modulators are used to reduce the X-ray limit approaching the limit of XHV (eXtreme High Vacuum) in the range of 10-12 Torr.
