The eRCA2300 wireless series allows you to better manage and remotely your staff’s Access Control as well as their Time & Attendance.
These wireless gateways are designed for facility attendance logging, employee time record tracking, job management and many other applications. Equipped with wireless communication system and RFID technology, the eRCA2300 can be installed anywhere and managed remotely.
When an ID-card is read by the eRCA2300, a new record is created. Each record contains the ID-code of the card holder that was recorded together with the Data/Time stamp. All records are kept in the highly reliable internal memory. The accumulated data from different sites is uploaded instantaneously or upon request into the application software.
Operation:
The eRCA2300 can be installed in less than 5 minutes by mounting it to a wall and plugging the power cord to an outlet.
Employees are issued either ID Badges or keyfobs they use to clock in and out.
Accumulated transactions are uploaded periodically to a PC or Server running VoloComTM via wireless GSM or WiFi communication.
The collected data can be imported to any software application or Time & Attendance application.
